Bagels: A dense bread roll in the shape of a ring, made by boiling the dough, and then baking it. Though its history is not without holes in it, the bagel most likely rolled out more than 700 years ago. German immigrants are thought to have brought bagels to Poland, where they are known as Obwarzanek since the 14th century. In Olde English known as Beag, akin to Bugan in German, and called Beygl in Yiddish. no matter the language we can all agree they are quite delicious.

By far, our most popular lunch item. And who could blame them? Smoked turkey, smoked provlone, salame, roasted red bell pepper, kale, and smoked ham on a square ciabatta bun grilled to perfection, oozing with gooey cheesy goodness. Ciao, baby!

Pulled Pork

Tied for first place in popularity with the Hottie, this sandwich has earned its place on the menu! Pulled pork tossed in bourbon barbeque sauce, topped with a pineapple coleslaw on a soft potato bun.
